Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit.
To Return:
Please ensure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale item. No return authorization needed! Just include your Order Number (which is in your original order confirmation email and on your printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). You can include the packing slip from your order with your return, or jot this information down on a piece of paper!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days to process your return and store credit.
You will receive your store credit via email. This store credit will be issued to the original email from which your purchase was made.
